First, let’s get to know each other to see if we are a match. We then start with a so called ‘discovery phase’ where we explore the challenges and opportunities you are facing. Based on that I will carefully put together an offer. As soon as you agree on the quote, terms & conditions we can start working together.
My custom leadership program for teams often lasts a minimum of 3 months with the option to extend. In order to make real long lasting transformations, we need to be realistic and take the time to learn as a leadership team (which is different than learning as an individual). I therefore don’t believe in a quick fix and highly recommend to take enough time between sessions to reflect and bring the learning into practice. Together we decide upfront how much time should be invested to make sure you get the most out of the program in an efficient way.
The Leadership Toolkit on the other hand is consisting of shorter sessions between 60 – 90 minutes each and can be tailored from half a day to 2 days. The content is meant for all levels of leadership and can be delivered up to groups of 25 participants each. The content is already prepared and therefore quick to implement.
